Orange Spice Potpourri Print out pattern and pin the rectangle and Polygon A to Fabric A. Pin Polygon B to Fabric B. Cut out thiese pieces. With right sides together, pin the angled edge of Polygon A to the angled edge of Polygon B. These should now form a rectangle. Sew these pieces together and remove pins. Pin the trim across right side of the seam where the two squares come together. Sew the trim down and remove pins. Bringing right sides together, pin the rectangle you have created to the rectangle you cut out. Sew a quarter-inch seam around the edge, leaving an inch wide opening at the center bottom. Remove the pins and turn the sachet right side out, pulling it through the opening you left at the bottom. Use this same opening to stuff the sachet with the orange spice potpourri, then tuck the edges of the opening together and hand-sew it shut. |
